We select an appropriate processing way for the materials and the characteristic to process. We can also evaluate an appropriate characteristic of the shape, the size, the flatness degree, surface roughness of the precision lapping and polishing processing products. To evaluate the stuff as soon and as exact as possible is a very necessary problem .We possess contour projector, ultra precision surface shape measuring machine, high effective surface measuring machine, various kinds of microscopes(confocal microscope, dark field microscope, metal microscope and so on). After processing immediately, we check an aim performance. In addition, we possess a clean room 1000 in our facility in order to produce which require sophisticated processing.

Development of process skills for the new materials to get smaller and higher quality

Recently, the electronic industry and the information industry have been progressing, so the parts that are used at the industry are getting smaller and also the performance is getting higher. As for a material, there are various kinds of materials that very hard to process. However, there are many requests to process that kind of materials as a nano meter's level.
