The place of the ultra precision processing factories is located in Okayama which is surrounded by beautiful nature. We moved to Okayama in 1967. It was an old Katsuyama factory. We became the first company to be invited from Okayama, then founded Ochiai factory at Ochiai town in Okayama. Afterward, with an expansion of our industry, our factories have extended smoothly. In 2001, we combined each factory into one factory which is called Okayama factory and reorganized the first division, the second division, the third division and Shinjyo factory. Moreover, with an expansion of the solar industry, we founded Tsuyama factory in 2007. These factories are working by connecting of the organization. We put the highest priority on natural environment to be in harmony with the earth. We prepare for the resource of an environmental conservation. We obtained ISO9001 in 2003 and we also obtained ISO14001 in 2004.

We produce reliable products and try to raise the level of customer satisfaction and we also try to save and keep the global environment to take it over to the next generation. All of our employees try to join the measure of environmental conservation and contribute to the society. We also try to improve our business and individual.

Policy

1. Try to keep an improvement in skills, the quality and the environmental management system as much as possible.
2. Try to follow the regulations and other demand which is decided. In addition, if we are possible, try to establish self-imposed standard, then prevent the environmental pollution even more.
3. Promote the environmental conservation activity below the provisions.
   (1) Saving electricity activity for the global warming
   (2) Recycling activity and cutting down on wastes activity.
   (3) Using the green energy for environmental consideration.
